WHAT IS THE RETREAT FLOW?
Begin with a laidback welcome dinner and session on Tuesday evening. Participate in 2 full days of sessions, break-outs and down time on Wednesday and Thursday. Finish with a celebration dinner on Thursday evening. Stay over and leave Friday am if desired.
IS THERE A VIRTUAL OPTION?
Yes, there is a virtual option for those who are unable to travel to Florida. Virtual attendees must attend the sessions live via ZOOM so you can participate in real time. The event will not be recorded in order to create a safe space for sharing.
WILL I NEED TO SHARE A ROOM?
Each Signature suite contains 3 bedrooms- 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Double Queen bedroom. If you are in the shared room, you will get a $50 refund. Please let me know if you are willing to share a room at lissa@lissafiggins.com Note: If you would like to bring a friend along and share a bed, you will each get a $125 refund.
WILL THE FOOD ACCOMMODATE DIETARY NEEDS?
Yes. If you know me, I am a healthy girl and will plan nutritious meals and snacks….with a few indulgences. If you have specific dietary needs, please let me know at lissa@lissafiggins.com
